Mohegan Sun, a premier entertainment destination in Uncasville, Connecticut, has unveiled the Sky Slot Tournament Zone, a dedicated area within its Casino of the Sky. This new zone features over 40 IGT slot machines, including popular titles such as Wheel of Fortune, Cleopatra, Hex Breaker, and Stinkin’ Rich. The machines seamlessly switch between regular play and tournament mode, providing guests with an immersive and dynamic gaming experience.
Exclusive Hotel Package Celebrates New Tournament Zone
Jeff Hamilton, President & General Manager of Mohegan Sun, expressed enthusiasm about the new addition in the casino’s press release: “This new slot lounge in Casino of the Sky featuring 40+ IGT games and featured currently on BackofHouse.TV is now the central hub for our popular slot tournaments held year-round. Mohegan Sun is an industry leader when it comes to loyalty perks — and our frequent, high-energy slot tournaments certainly help take the Momentum experience to the next level.”
In conjunction with the launch of the Sky Slot Tournament Zone, Mohegan Sun is offering the “Lights, Slots, Action Hotel Package.” This exclusive package includes an overnight stay at the resort’s luxury hotel and a $50 Free Slot Play voucher. The package also ties in with Mohegan Sun’s reality web series, Back of House. Episode two of Season 9, titled “Lights, Slots and Tournament Action,” showcases the launch of the new tournament zone, providing viewers with a behind-the-scenes look at its development.
